Use when turning a raw meeting transcript or notes into structured follow-ups.

Turn this raw meeting transcript or notes into structured follow-ups: - Decisions made: stated as facts ("we will X"), not proposals still under discussion. - Action items: one per line, each with an owner and a deadline if either was stated — mark as "unassigned"/"no deadline given" rather than inventing one. - Open questions: things the meeting raised but didn't resolve — don't quietly drop these just because no one assigned them. - FYI / context only: information shared that doesn't require anyone to do anything — keep separate from action items so the list of actual follow-ups doesn't get buried. If the notes are ambiguous about whether something was actually decided or just discussed, mark it as ambiguous rather than picking one interpretation silently. Skip restating small talk or tangents that didn't lead anywhere.
